Making Some Progress!

Finally getting to updating! The surgeries went untill around 2:00 a.m. and he seems to have done well there. Sam & Glenda Petersheim and Lowell & Pauline Eby came in and stayed with us untill after the surgery, which was a real blessing. Also, my sister Karen and husband Loren along with their baby, Logan, were able to come from Ohio. They arrived around 12:00 midnight....we're so glad they came too! They'll be with us at least untill Monday. Today, we had James & Christy Kurtz and their daughter Jenn visiting. Nice to have folks we know stop in, us being so far away from home. Baby Nick had had a catheter in last night and they were able to take that off of him today. Also they were able to turn down his oxygen level today. He seems to be keeping his blood pressure down without much problem. These are good steps in the right direction. He had a little time of having a little more fluid later on when they moved him, but the nurse said it could be because he hadn't been moved. They really are taking great care of him; that is invaluable to us. Knowing that even if we're not always in the room, people care. Well that's all I have to say right now. More Later!
